Btw, in my uni, anyone caught using photocopied books risks getting expelled from the university. Yes, it's THAT serious. When I was in pre-u, and beginning of first year, some books were photocopied - but we never brought it into campus (library). But as we moved on (to second and third year), photocopied books kinda turn us off. I figured that it's best i bought originals, cuz they serve as great reference books, now and in future. Btw, in my uni, anyone caught using photocopied books risks getting expelled from the university. Yes, it’s THAT serious. When I was in pre-u, and beginning of first year, some books were photocopied – but we never brought it into campus (library).

But as we moved on (to second and third year), photocopied books kinda turn us off. I figured that it’s best i bought originals, cuz they serve as great reference books, now and in future. Who knows my kids also wanna study engineering leh.

In any case, I’m trying to collect books so i can have my own library next time! tee-hee.
