At first i thought it’s another chick flick but turns out to be a great movie. Made me cry buckets of tears.

Perhaps if you read the novel by Nicholas Sparks, the whole love story would feel more.. real. I didn’t shed a tear while watching the movie for the first time; skeptical over how “true love” is portrayed etc.. But hey, I practically used up an entire box of tissue paper while reading the last few chapters of the book!

personally i have been in such a situation where i loved my lst love for more than 5 years. after he cheated and dumped me for a freshie, i still love him i meet up new ppl after i left yet there is this feeling that make me sort of ‘waiting’ for the day that he will regret and we will be together again, am i stupid

that movie never fails to get me all teary every single time i watch it (4 times adi i think).i’m a skeptic for such whirlwind romances.it takes time and i guess with her being ‘terminally ill’, it kinda kicked his adrenaline into high gear or something and sped up the process.guys these days are yet to prove themselves to that standard.

but then again, movies like this gives us hope. =)

jo: i think a friend of mine once said that why most relationships our time fail is because movies give us too much expectations..and when we experience the real thing..we feel that it’s really overrated and cannot be satisfied.
